Omnium Properties is a group of privately held real estate companies, tracing its roots back to the 1880s. Omnium Properties develops and manages historical commercial and residential rental properties, as well as, two luxury hotel properties. Omnium Properties specializes in office and retail rentals, as well as, quality rental apartments catering to foreign business executives, embassies, foreign graduate students and locals.

With over 40 000 square meters (430,000 square feet) under management, current clients include the European Commission and Parliament, COBALT law offices, Apranga, Costa Coffee, Narvesen, Adidas and numerous foreign embassies.
